Brian Kremer Music has a new look - stay tuned for further updates and news of Brian's fall shows in the Northeast! 07/30/10:Brian plays out twice in Austin this month - first an intimate duo show at OPA (a lovely new wine bar), and then with his full band at Austin's favorite colorful, cash-only lounge - the Carousel. Pick one or try both! 03/15/10:You heard correctly -- after 11 years of being hard to find but easy to love, Cafe Mundi is closing its doors after the week of SXSW. The future is unknown but hopeful, and Brian's final performance at the beloved spot promises the perfect ambiance for the bittersweet event. Romance, melancholia, and hope. Pedal steel, crooning, and acoustic guitar. 10/18/09:Brian will play just one show this December, on Thursday the 17th at Cafe Mundi with a four-piece folky/jazz combo. The sets will feature both new and known original tunes, crooning favorites, and holiday classics - just the thing for an intimate, pre-holiday evening out. 10/18/09:This Wednesday evening Brian will play a couple of acoustic sets at Cafe Mundi - such a comfortable spot with one of the best outdoor patio areas in Austin. He'll have Nate DeLacretaz and his pedal steel in tow, and will also be adding in a few old crooner covers to the evening's repertoire. 09/29/09:Brian will be playing songs from his debut record plus new material, in an intimate, acoustic setting this Saturday night. Nathan DeLacretaz will join Brian on pedal steel at Flipnotics starting at 6pm. 08/09/09 Brian will be playing a solo acoustic set this Thursday night, at the Cactus Cafe, opening for the talented and whimsical Southpaw Jones.
